Hi everyone! This is Emma Germano and Priya Thadkapalli, the authors of this page. We just wanted to tell you a little bit about ourselves. We are both juniors in Monroe Township High School and have lived in New Jersey all our lives. The two of us are bookworms and adore any type of fantasy. We have been friends for almost 4 years and this project has helped us express the creative ways we view the environment to other people.
Emma likes reading Cassandra Clare and Sarah J Maas novels in her free time. She also enjoys watching action-packed Netflix shows and walking her dog outside. She would like to tell the world to stay safe during this tough time.
Priya is a reading fanatic as well, but she also loves listening to all music of any genre (except classical). She likes watching Supernatural and is a big fan of everything related to How To Train Your Dragon. She would also like to tell everyone to stay safe and stay inside.
Environmental Action Club is just as it sounds. We take action to help the environment in any way we can. Every year we are part of the Monroe Township Green Fair, and two years ago, we sponsored (and started) Monroe Township Astronomy Night—and have hosted it ever since. We also take part in Haunted High School at Monroe Township High School. All of these events help us show families, especially children, what is happening to our environment and how we can help preserve it. This is the first year we have done ECO NIGHT, which is also sponsored by EAC, and we hope it will be a huge success. Thank you for looking at our website and helping our club by doing so.
